If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

You have 30 days from the date you received your order to initiate a return.

Returns for Lighting Products
We understand bulbs must be powered on to confirm fit and output. You may test any LED LYSI lamp for up to 1 hour. If the lamp doesn’t meet your needs, email solutions@ledlysi.com within 30 days for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Products showing more than minimal run time, scratches, or missing packaging may be declined or subject to a restocking fee.

Defects & Warranty
Lamps that fail or flicker within 30 days are replaced or refunded at no cost to you. Beyond 30 days, warranty terms apply (replacement only). See individual product pages for warranty length.

Refunds

Upon receipt, your returned item will be inspected. We will promptly notify you via email of the status of your refund after inspection.

If approved, we’ll initiate a refund to your original payment method within 3–5 business days. Depending on your card issuer, it may take an additional 3–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Exchanges

If you received an incorrect, defective, or damaged item, please contact us immediately. We’ll facilitate an exchange or replacement at no additional cost to you.

Shipping

• You’ll be responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
• If your product arrived damaged or unusable, please contact us within 15 days of receiving your order. LED LYSI, LLC will cover return shipping costs by providing you a prepaid return shipping label.

Non-returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Items marked as clearance, sale, or final sale
• Customized or special-order items
• Gift cards
